Hey, Sparkler! We’re so excited you’ve chosen to shine with us! Before you get your hands on our glittery goodies, here’s everything you need to know in one cute, sparkly nutshell.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are here to let you know the rules, rights, and sparkly expectations while you shop and shine with us at Sparkle & Shine Glitter Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By using our website or purchasing our magical glitter goods, you agree to these Terms — so give them a peek before diving into the glitter grotto!
🌟 1. All Sales Are Final
Every item you order is lovingly packed by our sparkle squad just for you. That means all sales are final — we don’t offer returns or exchanges.
BUT! If we send you the wrong item (oops — it happens even in the sparkliest shacks), please email us at sparkleandshineglitterco@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order, and we’ll sprinkle up a fix. 💖✨
💸 2. Payments & Pricing
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and good vibes (just kidding — for now). Prices are listed in USD and may change with glittery market magic. You’ll see all charges before checkout, so there are no surprises — just sparkle & shine!
📦 3. Shipping & Handling
We ship from our glitter shack in Alabama and do our best to get your goodies out within 2–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your sparkle is on its way.
✨ Note: We can’t control the postal pixies, so once your order is shipped, we can’t guarantee delivery times — but we’re here to help if your order takes a detour.

Our glitter is designed to bring joy, shimmer, and sparkle to your crafts, cosmetics, events, and daily life. Please use responsibly. Keep away from small children and curious/mischievous pets. Not edible, even if it looks delicious. 🍭🚫

Play nice, glitter friend. No mischief on our site —that means, we reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict access of our site to anyone being mean, dishonest, or trying to steal our sparkle (aka our designs, content, or photos). Let’s keep it kind and sparkly!
